Managing the Chaos

Hi guys. Very quick update on the site.

I started a new job recently. And honestly? I’m exhausted. We’re in a busy phase of our project, so I go home at night absolutely drained.

For the record, this isn't a picture of me. I haven't had that much hair since the 90s. Image Source

I’ve also been volunteering and writing fiction, both of which have been good for my soul.

And yes, I’ve been making slow but steady progress with my Tagalog project.

So with all that going on, something has to give, and it’s been blogging.

This is a good time, then, to get caught up on the site’s archives. On my New? Start Here! page, there are links to over 100 of my “keystone” articles from the last three years, which should keep you busy.

Surf around the whole site and you’ll find close to 170 articles total, constituting something like 150,000 words. And of course, if you haven’t yet, check out the Language Steroids course.

I won’t be gone for long! I still owe Tuttle Publishing some reviews and I want to update you on the results of my Tagalog project. Truthfully, though, I might be giving myself a few more weeks to meet my goal. I always tell you guys to keep inching along even when you feel like you don’t have the time or energy, so I’m going to take my own advice.

Keep up the good work, everyone!

Don’t worry, one quick update is enough so that we don’t worry.
